After your purchase, we start by sending you an intake form where we ask you to fill out all of the necessary information about your brand and products. And then, Action! The team behind the scenes begins to work their magic creating incredible photography and graphic design to take your business to the next level
Graphic design work timelines vary from 7-14 calendar days from receiving product and/or intake forms, if applicable.
White background photography turnaround is 7 calendar days from product arrival which includes staging and photographing the product along with post production edits.
For lifestyle projects (photo and video), time frames are quoted via intake calls. Typically these projects take 4-6 weeks to complete followed by the standard graphic design timelines, if applicable.
Product variations require additional photography and graphic design which would include an additional charge per variation. On the offers page you can add up to 6 product variations.

We include 2 design revisions for most of our packages. Please review individual offers for more detail along with our terms of service.
Revisions include minor photo and graphic manipulation including color and lighting as well as copy placement. Unless otherwise stated, copy is provided by the client and not edited by Brandock.
Any revisions that require a modification to the originally agreed upon designs will be billed separately.
Silver Projects are great for those in the early stages of building their Amazon empire and want fast affordable solutions that will lead to better conversion and provide optimal testing phase data.
Gold Projects represent our elite level offers for those that are in the scaling phase of their business and want to kick their brand assets into high gear. Several offers will require direct collaboration between you and our founder to produce the ultimate results for your brand.
Gold level designers are pros with years of experience in the e-commerce industry.
Once you select the services that you need and check out, you will receive an email with guidance on next steps. This email will include our NY (USA) or Karachi (Pakistan) based address for you to ship your products to our team. Shipping is at your own expense and not covered by Brandock. Brandock is not held liable for any damages or lost/stolen products during the shipping process.
We ask that any products shipped will have tracking associated with the parcel for us to be ready when your items arrive.
We do not return the product unless directly requested. If you would like us to return your product after services are rendered you will have 14 days to request the product before we dispose of it. There will be a $15 processing fee for all returns, and product pickup is mandatory for all returns. Pickup should be coordinated by the client via their shipping carrier of choice.
Brandock is not liable for any damages or losses incurred during the shipping process.
